BBA Diamond Strength Program

In-House Strength and Conditioning (3 Days a Week): $300 per month 

Description: We will conduct an Initial Athlete Assessment before we create your plan. The Initial Athlete Assessment is the baseline of seeing where an athlete stands physically and mentally before creating a proper Strength & Conditioning program. Not every athlete moves the same way or needs to work on the same components as each other. Conducting this assessment gives us an idea of where to hone in to advance your physical and mental skill set. The initial Athlete Assessment is used to conduct the following: 

  1. Assess Health History and Lifestyle Analysis 
  2. Create Goals for Both Short and Long Term Success 
  3. Physical Examination (Evaluating Mobility Inefficiencies) 
  4. Initial Strength and Power Testing 
  5. Sport Specific Demand Analysis 
  6. Recovery Assessment 

After conducting the Initial Athlete Assessment, this program will offer a 3x/week lifting plan and Nutrition Plan that will be 100% customized to the goals, inefficiencies, and sports specific demands to see month to month progress while working in a small group setting at the BBA Facility with Coach Karson (1-5 people). This environment will be motivating, fast-paced, and extremely energetic. A new lifting plan will be made for EACH MONTH to see long term growth. 

Hybrid/Remote Strength and Conditioning (3 Days a Week): $200 per month

Weekly check in with Coach Karson to talk about the week as well as coming in person at the BBA Facility at the end of each lifting program to evaluate where we need to focus on for the next month. A new fully customized plan will be made for EACH MONTH to see long term growth.
