BBA Private Instruction

BBA is here to provide private instruction for both baseball and softball players ages 8-18 at our Indoor Facility in Reston, VA. Our staff of professional coaches is here to help your player achieve their goals in hitting, pitching, fielding, and strength & conditioning.

Our Indoor Facility provides players the opportunity to further develop their skills throughout the year in a controlled setting with our state of the art equipment to help each individual streamline the achievement of their goals.

Facility lessons are offered in either 30 minute or 1-hour lesson blocks and are designed specifically to the individual player and the end goals that they are looking to achieve. Our 1-hour lessons include video analysis, journaling, and overall mental approach in all phases of the game for both baseball and softball players.

Lesson packages are available for both individual, 2:1 instruction, and group development with Coach Exeter, up to 6 players. All 2:1 lessons run for 60 minutes. For lesson package breakdowns, see our listings below.
