Chad Carroll
Chad Carroll played Little League Baseball for Vienna Little League when his family moved to Virginia years ago and has been a resident of Northern VA ever since. Chad did his first two years of High School at Gonzaga College High School in Washington, DC where he played for Andy Bradley who was in his first year as head coach of the Eagles. He finished his high school career at Oakton HS where he played for Justin Janis in his first two years as head coach of OHS. In his senior season, Chad received 1st Team ALL-Met honors at shortstop. In addition to baseball, he played Water Polo at Gonzaga and ran track at Oakton. Coach Carroll played 5 years of Division I College Baseball at James Madison University where he received multiple awards including 1st Team All-CAA honors as an outfielder and an infielder. Chad has spent the last 4 years coaching in the Stars Organization coaching the 16 & 17 year old age groups, two of which were as head coach. In his free time, Coach Carroll has given private lessons to local Virginia ballplayers for the last 5 years. As of July 2018, Coach Carroll accepted the head coaching position at Gonzaga College High School. Coach Carroll is looking forward to starting his fifth season with the Eagles this summer.
