Creighton Quaadman

Creighton joined the BBA Front Office Staff in the Spring of 2024. He has been a coach in the DMV area for the last 4 years. In this role, Creighton is looking forward to inspiring the next generation of student-athletes to be the best versions of themselves. Coach Quaadman will be working with BBA’s Camps and other branches ensuring success for our student athletes. He will also be the Head Coach of the Academic 15U Team this upcoming season.

Coach Quaadman attended Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia where he was a 3 sport athlete and honor roll student. He would lead the Cardinals his senior year as their Captain on the baseball field, while earning the Cardinal Award for his excellence both on and off the baseball field.  He would go on to pursue a degree in Sports Management from St. John’s University in Queens, New York.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic Coach Quaadman paused his studies to begin his coaching career in the Washington Metropolitan Area. He would later transfer to Virginia Tech to continue his studies while furthering his coaching career at home in Alexandria.

In the spring of 2023 Coach Quaadman accepted the role as Pitching Coach with the Blacksburg Bruins. During his time there he would innovate their pitching strategy, while empowering student-athletes to grow both on and off the field.

In January 2024, Coach Quaadman was named Head Junior Varsity Coach at Alexandria City High School. He has been very involved with the program helping guide both Junior Varsity and Varsity teams to achieving their goals in the weight room, in the classroom, on the field, and in the community.

Coach Quaadman graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Communications from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences in the winter of 2023.
