Creighton Quaadman
Creighton enters his fifth season at BBA for the Spring 2026 season. He has previously served as the head coach of our BBA 13U East, Academic 15U, and Academic 16U teams. This spring, Coach Quaadman will be the head coach of our 14U East Eagles as well as our Academic Showcase 27s. At BBA, Coach Quaadman oversees our Youth Player Development, Advanced Training Program and is an integral part of both our year-round player development efforts as well as the execution of our BBA Youth Camps.
Coach Quaadman attended Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia where he was a 3 sport athlete and honor roll student. He would lead the Cardinals his senior year as their Captain on the baseball field, while earning the Cardinal Award for his excellence both on and off the baseball field. He would go on to pursue a degree in Sports Management from St. John’s University in Queens, New York.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic Coach Quaadman paused his studies to begin his coaching career in the Washington Metropolitan Area. He would later transfer to Virginia Tech to continue his studies while furthering his coaching career at home in Alexandria.
In the spring of 2023 Coach Quaadman accepted the role as Pitching Coach with the Blacksburg Bruins. During his time there he would innovate their pitching strategy, while empowering student-athletes to grow both on and off the field.
In January 2024, Coach Quaadman was named Head Junior Varsity Coach at Alexandria City High School. He has been very involved with the program helping guide both Junior Varsity and Varsity teams to achieving their goals in the weight room, in the classroom, on the field, and in the community.
In December 2025, Coach Quaadman was promoted to the Varsity staff as Director of Player Development at Alexandria City High School. He oversees the day-to-day player development for both the Varsity and Junior Varsity programs, implementing innovative, data-driven training strategies grounded in a holistic approach.
Coach Quaadman graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Communications from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences in the winter of 2023.
