2026 Instructional Scout Days
Throughout the year we organize and execute Instructional Scout Days for high school student athletes and college transfers from around the country in the hopes of serving multiple purposes. We hire college coaches from all divisions to give Scout Day participants quality INSTRUCTION in a SHOWCASE environment. Our January 17th Scout Day at our BBA Indoor Facility in Reston, VA will take place in front of 10+ College Coaches. Our June 18th and 1st Scout Day at the Patriot Park North Complex in Fairfax, VA will take place in front of 25+ College Coaches. See below for our 2026 event dates and other helpful information.

The first part of every Scout Day begins with an INSTRUCTIONAL portion. Our college coaches work with the players on hitting, defense, pitching, base running and other aspects of the game. This allows the coaches to see which players are coachable and potential fits for their programs. It also gives the players the opportunity to see which coaching styles match what they’re looking for at the next level.
The second part of the Scout Day will be the SHOWCASE portion with formats that will vary depending on the venue. Our Scout Days are always at one location to allow every college coach the opportunity to watch every player perform during the showcase portion and simulated games in Fairfax, VA. We always conclude our Scout Days with the opportunity for the Players and College Coaches to interact on a one on one basis during the “Coaches Connection Period”.
1800+ College Coaches will receive each player’s DIGITAL REPORT CARD consisting of a Pitching Rapsodo Report, a Blast Motion Report, a HitTrax Report other miscellaneous metrics (60s, Pop Times, OH Velos, player profile, academic info and more!
Register for bus tours or scout days
All registered players for the June 16-18 and June 29 – July 1 College Bus Tours participate in those Scout Days at no additional cost.
