Playing Time & Refund Policy

At Bradley Baseball Academia, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence by helping players achieve their potential on the baseball field. We are committed to the continued growth of our players throughout our program and work to make sure every player has a great experience while playing for our BBA Eagles Teams.

When it comes to playing time, we are firm in our stance that playing time is earned, not given, and commanded through a player’s commitment to the team, work ethic, attitude, and their performance on the field. Bradley Baseball Academia is not a “pay to play” organization, but rather an organization that is looking for players with a team first mentality and passion to work hard both in the classroom and on the playing field.

We look forward to having your child as a member of our organization and look forward to their development over the years with BBA.

Refund Policy:

Bradley Baseball Academia does not issue refunds on our Teams, Bus Tours, Scout Days, Lesson Packages, Camps, or Rentals. All sales are considered final once the first activity (Individual Lesson, Team Practice, etc.) has taken place.

Teams:
For our teams, the families pay their registration fees in 25% increments prior to the season starting. Once a 25% increment is withdrawn from the family’s credit card account, that amount is no longer eligible for a refund with the exception of the final 25% of the registration fee. Once the first practice of a season occurs however, that final 25% is no longer eligible for a refund. To be clear, once your team’s first practice of the Spring or Summer season takes place, there are no refunds.

Bus Tours & Scout Days:
For our Bus Tours and Scout Days, the families pay their registration fees in 50% increments prior to the first campus tour and scout day. Once we are inside the 30 day window of a Bus Tour and Scout Day that final 50% will be withdrawn and will no longer eligible for a refund. To be clear, once we are inside of 30 days of a Bus Tour or Scout Day starting, there are no refunds issued.

Private Lessons:
If a private lesson is unable to be attended, we require 24 hours notice so that we can have the schedule opened up for other potential players to attend.

Camps/Clinics:
If a player is unable to attend a camp or clinic that they have registered for, we will issue a credit in that amount for a future camp of their registration amount with no expiration date.

Rentals:
For our rentals, we do not issue refunds. If you are unable to attend your scheduled rental, we require 24 hour notice and will be happy to reschedule the rental of the facility space with you.

For any questions regarding this policy, please reach out to our Facility Director, Chris Nee (bba.cnee@gmail.com) and he will be happy to assist you.
