Fall 2023 Coaches Needed!!!

Our teams range from the 13u – 18u Showcase level. We practice and play games in Northern Virginia. As well as, participate in tournaments that are both local and out of town. Tournament locations vary depending on the team that you coach.

There are options for weekends only, weeknights only, or all of the above. Many of our BBA on-field coaches have full time jobs elsewhere during the day and coach for BBA at nights and/or on the weekends. There is a lot of flexibility and varying degrees of time commitment associated with our openings. We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, energetic, and knowledgeable. The candidate should have a strong baseball background while also being a good team player. The candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation varies.
