Strength & Conditioning

Bradley Baseball Academia is excited to announce our new Strength and Conditioning Programing. Ben Webster will be leading all training at the BBA facility through 1 on 1 personal training and group programs.

In 1v1 training, athletes can look forward to their own personalized program, created by Ben, to help meet their personal demands that will help continue their growth and development. There will also be packages that include baseball instruction, so athletes are able to focus on all aspects of their game. For more information, please see the descriptions of each item below.

Group trainings will be designed as 4 week programs to give athletes the opportunity to train with their friends or teammates. These programs will be created based off of the groups experience level and frequency during the week.  For more information, please see the descriptions of each item below.

We will be offering multiple packages and programs throughout the year that will begin this winter. You can register for any packages and trainings on our Self-Service Website. If you’re interested in 1v1 Training with Coach Webster, please contact him to schedule your FREE baseline testing and consultation prior to purchasing a package, so you can develop a program that best suits your needs.

Types of Programming

1 On 1 Training

By participating in one-on-one trainings, athletes are able to receive direct coaching specific to their athletic needs.

Programs offered include: Explosive Strength & Conditioning Training, Plyometric Training, Speed and Agility Training and Mobility Training

One-on-One trainings with baseball instruction will give athletes an opportunity to improve on all aspects of their game.

Baseball instruction includes: Hitting, Defense, Catching and Pitching

  • 1v1 Training Packages (1 Hour Long Workouts)
    • Single Session
    • 8 Sessions
      • This package can be used at any time
      • For example, 8 sessions can be used as a 4 week program with 2 workouts per week
    • 12 Sessions
      • This package can be used at any time
      • For example, 12 sessions can be used as a 4 week program with 3 workouts per week
  • 1v1 Training with Baseball Instruction Packages(1.5 Hour Long Workouts)
    • Single Session
    • 8 Sessions
      • This package can be used at any time
      • For example, 8 sessions can be used as a 4 week program with 2 workouts per week
    • 12 Sessions
      • This package can be used at any time
      • For example, 12 sessions can be used as a 4 week program with 3 workouts per week

*We highly suggest that you go in for baseline testing with Coach Webster to create a program, so you know what the best package is for you

 

Group Programming

Preseason Conditioning (Starts the week of March 3rd) Click Here To Register

    • 5 Week Program every Wednesday from 7-8pm
    • Athletes will participate in exercises to enhance their strength, speed, agility and overall athleticism
    • Athletes will learn proper ways to warm up and execute exercises in the proper techniques to help increase their progression and decrease their injuries
