Strength & Conditioning

Bradley Baseball Academia is excited for the growth of our strength and conditioning division at our facility. Our staff runs 1:1 Personal Training, Group Personal Training and Overall Group Trainings at the BBA facility. We are also excited to announce, Sophie Maccarone, will be joining our strength and conditioning staff this year. Sophie will be running 1 on 1 personal training as well as helping out with group trainings as well. To learn more about Sophie, click here to view her bio.

In personal training, athletes can look forward to their own personalized program, that meet their own demands that will help continue their growth and development. There will also be packages that include baseball instruction, so athletes are able to focus on all aspects of their game. For more information, please see the descriptions of each item below.

Group trainings will be designed as 4 week programs to give athletes the opportunity to train with their friends or teammates. These programs will be created based off of the groups experience level and frequency during the week.  For more information, please see the descriptions of each item below.

We will be offering multiple packages and programs throughout the year that will begin this winter. You can register for any packages and trainings on our Self-Service Website. If you’re interested in 1:1 Training, please contact our BBA Front Office to schedule your FREE baseline testing and consultation prior to purchasing a package, so you can develop a program that best suits your needs.

Types of Programming

1 On 1 Training

By participating in one-on-one trainings, athletes are able to receive direct coaching specific to their athletic needs.

Programs offered include: Explosive Strength & Conditioning Training, Plyometric Training, Speed and Agility Training and Mobility Training

One-on-One trainings with baseball instruction will give athletes an opportunity to improve on all aspects of their game.

Baseball instruction includes: Hitting, Defense, Catching and Pitching

Add On: At Home Workout Packages

By participating in our at home workout plans as an Add On to other packages, athletes will be able to have a personalized program constructed by Coach Maccarone to help them reach their ultimate goals. Each week athletes will receive updated workouts, have weekly check-ins as well as Q&A’s with your coach to make sure they are still progressing through the process. Each athlete is required to still participate with in person personal training, so our coaches are able to monitor their form/technique, teach new exercises & movements, adjust their workout plans based off of assessments made, etc. Please contact our BBA Front Office at, for more information.
